How does your pickup and delivery service work?
FREE pickup is just a click, text, or call away.
Online it's as easy as 1-2-3! Click "Schedule Pickup": create an account, choose your timing, sit back and relax. Text messages keep you informed on the status of your order.
On your phone it's as easy as 212-355-2288. Just text or call and we will confirm that we are on our way.
We offer the convenience of technology with the service of a dedicated, local team. The choice is always yours: click, text, call, or visit.
What are your pricing and payment options?
We proud to offer extremely competitive pricing on all of our services.
Pickup & Delivery is always FREE! Other pricing is available from the Home Page. Please call our team at 212-355-2288 if you need additional information on specialty or unique items.
Payment can be made with credit card through the automated order system or directly with our team over the phone or in person. If you prefer to pay with cash you can pay in store, or request to pay the delivery driver. Please note that drivers do not carry cash for change.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Wash & Fold orders recieved before 10:00 am can be completed for same-day delivery. Later in the day we may be able to accomodate a rush request depending on the volume of orders. Special items may take longer to complete.
Dry Cleaning is usually available within 3 business days. We are unable to provide same day dry cleaning.
We strive to provide quality service to all of our clients in a timely manner.
What detergents and other laundry products do you offer??
We currently offer Tide Spring Meadow and Tide Free laundry detergents. We also have Dreft for our littlest customers.
Just specify your preference when you request pickup.
You can also request Downy softener or Bounce dryer sheets-available in fragrance or frangrance free for a small additional fee.
What if I have special washing instructions for my clothes?
We are happy to accomodate special instructions. Just make your wishes known when placing an order. There may be a nominal fee for speical requests.

What areas do you serve, and what are your operating hours?
We provide free pickup & delivery to residents and businesses on the East Side of Manhattan - east of Fifth Avenue from 86th to 42nd Street.
We're open Monday to Friday from 8:00am-6:30pm and Saturdays from 8:30am-6:00pm. We're closed on Sundays, but schedule a pickup and we will be there Monday morning.
In addition to scheduling a single pickup, you can schedule recurring pickups through the scheduler. No need to log in, just set it up ahead of time and have your laundry ready to go. We will be there as requested.
